FAQ
Moving Bin Rental Questions
Everything people ask us before they book, answered plainly.
Common questions
- What are reusable moving bins?
- They're heavy-duty plastic crates with attached lids that you rent for your move instead of buying cardboard boxes. They arrive ready to pack, stack securely, and go back to us when you're done.
- What areas do you deliver to?
- Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Nolensville, Cool Springs and the surrounding Williamson County and Middle Tennessee communities — roughly 20 miles from downtown Franklin.
- How much does it cost to rent moving bins?
- The 20 bin package is $79 for one week and the 40 bin package is $129 for one week. Both include delivery and pickup. A tote dolly is $10.
- How many moving bins do I need?
- Roughly ten to twelve bins per bedroom's worth of belongings, plus about a dozen for the kitchen. Most apartments and 1–2 bedroom homes use the 20 bin package; 3–4 bedroom homes use 40.
- How long can I keep the bins?
- One week is standard. Extra weeks are $30 for the 20 bin package and $45 for the 40 bin package, and you can extend mid-rental if your closing date moves.
- Do you deliver and pick up?
- Yes, both are included in the package price. We drop the bins at your door before your move and collect them from your new place when they're empty.
- Do I need to be home?
- Not usually. If there's a safe, accessible spot like a garage or covered porch, we can deliver and pick up without you there.
- Are the bins clean?
- Every bin is cleaned and inspected between rentals. If one shows up in poor condition, tell us and we'll swap it out.
- Do the bins have lids?
- Yes. The lids are attached and close without tape, which is what lets bins stack securely on a dolly or in a truck.
- What can't go in a moving bin?
- Hazardous materials like paint, fuel or propane; anything wet or leaking; and oversized items like lamps, mirrors and framed art, which should be wrapped separately.
- What if I need more bins mid-move?
- Call us and we'll bring more out. It's a common request and much easier than a late-night cardboard run.
- How do I book?
- Use the availability form on our rent page or call (615) 592-6176. Booking a week or two ahead is best for end-of-month move dates.
